Scope of Application
Suitable for sectional warping of worsted fabrics, chemical fiber filament fabrics, yarn-dyed fabrics, silk fabrics, and special industrial textiles. It can serve as pre-weaving preparation equipment for shuttleless looms such as rapier, projectile, water jet, and air jet looms, and is the preferred equipment for weaving factories to develop various high-grade and special fabrics.

Main Technical Features
1. Warping and beaming drives are controlled by AC frequency conversion, operating at constant linear speed, constant tension, and high speed.
2. A dedicated integrated hydraulic system combining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic elements generates oil pressure to drive the caliper brake, completing warping brake control; a proportional valve controls the external steel belt damping method to achieve automatic control of beaming tension.
3. The warping servo drive adopts a dual servo motor ball screw structure, offering fast response and high precision. Both strip positioning and starting point positioning are automatically completed with a single button press.
4. AC digital servo and ball screw drive control the forward and backward movement of the warping creel, and it is equipped with a pressing roller and various sensors.
5. During the warping process, the warping creel retreats by an equal distance.
6. The servo motor repeatedly measures the thickness of the warped yarn layer through the ball screw transmission, achieving automatic measurement of warping displacement parameters (patented technology). The pressing roller ensures a flatter yarn surface.
7. Large steel drum, with high-precision dynamic balance calibration.
8. Adopts communication technology, integrating mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic design. Configured with multiple sets of PLC, multiple AC digital servo inverters, and two touch screens, the system is advanced, reliable, and highly automated.
9. The warping main machine moves on the ground rail, while the splitting creel and package creel are fixed, ensuring that the strip band remains centered relative to the splitting creel and package creel, and the tension of the selvedge yarns is uniform.
10. The mobile beaming machine can be matched with multiple warping main machines, with electrical and pneumatic connections via plug-ins, making it simple and reliable; it can be fixedly installed when used as a single unit.
11. Equipped with various types of package creels, spindle pitch and number of spindles can be selected according to user requirements.
12. Various types of tensioners and warp stop motion devices are available for user selection.
13. The warping creel is equipped with an electrostatic elimination device, and the beaming machine is equipped with an oiling device.
