Scope of Application
This machine precisely controls warp length and arrangement, suitable for batch warping of various short-fiber yarns, and is a pre-weaving preparation equipment for various weaving machines without shuttles.

Main Technical Features
1. Direct warp beam drive, frequency conversion control motor achieves stepless setting of warping line speed, and constant line speed.
2. Indirect pressure roller pressing method is adopted to prevent jumping during the pressing process, making the warp beam shape round and uniform. The pressure roller is hydraulically braked, and the instantaneous separation during braking avoids friction between the pressure roller and the yarn surface.
3. Efficient clamp-type braking is adopted for the left and right warp beams, and the guide roller clamp-type braking ensures stable and rapid braking.
4. Synchronous mechanical clamping device on the left and right, the clamping head adopts a bevel gear form for precise centering, ensuring the synchronous performance of warp beam torsion and braking.
5. A higher measuring accuracy is achieved by using a pressure roller and warp beam interconnected length measuring method.
6. The telescopic reed has a gap blowing function for cleaning the reed teeth: the reed teeth have a left and right up and down swing function to avoid reed teeth wear and ensure uniform yarn winding.
7. An anti-winding device is installed between the telescopic reed and the guide roller. It takes effect when the machine starts up, making the yarn rearrange uniformly.
8. A fully enclosed windproof hood is adopted, which will automatically open when the equipment stops running, making operation safe and convenient.
9. The operation adopts a combination of buttons and touch screen according to actual needs, making the function more reasonable and the operation more convenient and faster.
