Scope of Application

　　This machine can precisely control warp length and warp arrangement. It is suitable for batch warping of various short staple yarns and is a pre-weaving preparation equipment for all types of shuttleless looms.

Main Technical Features

1. Direct drive of the warp beam, with a variable frequency speed control motor achieving stepless setting of the warping line speed, ensuring constant line speed.
2. Inclined guide rail linear pressing form, with stable and constant pressure, achieving consistent warp beam winding density.
3. The length counting method, interconnected between the press roller and the warp beam, offers higher precision.
4. The telescopic reed's reciprocating traverse is synchronized with the warp beam's rotation, making adjustment convenient and reliable, and ensuring a more uniform and flat winding yarn layer.

5. Pneumatic-hydraulic caliper braking provides better braking effect for the warp beam and press roller, while the yarn guide roller uses electromagnetic braking.
6. Intermittent blowing device keeps the reed teeth clean, with adjustable interval time.
7. Pneumatic lifting/lowering of the shaft, with loosening and clamping of the warp beam prompted by the touch screen, making operation convenient, safe, and reliable.
8. Safety device locks the warp beam, preventing it from falling off during sudden power outages or air supply interruptions.
9. Infrared and safety rod composite safety device for safer operation.
10. Computer touch screen human-machine interface, offering convenient operation, clear, and intuitive display.
11. Various creel types, spindle pitches, and number of spindles are available for user selection.
12. Various types of tensioners, warp stop motions, and static eliminators are available for user optional configuration.
