Main Technical Features
1. Adopts a parallel creel with large creel capacity.
2. The bobbins use radial unwinding, and each bobbin is equipped with a pneumatic braking device, allowing for centralized precise control of braking air pressure.
3. The bobbin spindles rotate flexibly, yarn packages are securely and reliably positioned, and loading/unloading bobbins is easy and convenient.
4. Adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology, ensuring constant and adjustable winding speed.
5. The main machine is equipped with tension rubber rollers, and the variable frequency motor vector inverter ensures uniform and consistent sheet yarn tension.
6. Uses hydraulic up/down shaft and pneumatic opening/closing, making operation simple and convenient.
7. Precision telescopic reed device with lateral movement (adjustable stroke) to meet the requirements of multi-variety processes.
8. The main machine can be moved and locked; the movable screen reed ensures smooth yarn passage and is equipped with an anti-static cord device to eliminate static electricity.
9. Uses adjustable tension for parallel pressure on the weaving beam, making the weaving beam winding flatter.
10. Frequency conversion oiling device, double-layer oil trough, and oil tank with automatic oil replenishment function.
