Scope of Application
The GA339 series sizing and warping machine is a pre-weaving preparation equipment in the textile industry. It can meet the complex sizing process requirements for color woven and grey fabrics made of wool, cotton, linen, blends, etc. It combines the advantages of a sectional warping machine and a sizing machine, integrating the warping and sizing processes into one, directly completing the production of warp beams. This machine is suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production, as well as sample production and sizing/warping processes for new product trial production and development. It features low yarn coverage, good size film integrity, quick variety change, high efficiency, good quality, saving raw and auxiliary materials, reducing production links, and lowering production costs.
This machine has strong process adaptability and good versatility for yarns of various raw materials in industries such as color weaving, wool-linen blends, and silk, from high-count, high-density to low-count, low-density, and even special requirements for high-count, low-density products. The machine is fully computer-controlled, with reasonable design and compact structure. 9. Automatic sizing tank temperature control, the tank body adopts a double-jacketed structure for good heat preservation;
10. Integrated main and auxiliary sizing tanks with counter-current circulation to maintain stable slurry viscosity;
11. Adopts full drying cylinder drying method, with two groups of automatic temperature control, high efficiency, and strong adaptability;
12. The drying room pump uses active drive, which facilitates control of wet zone elongation;
13. Application of pneumatic-hydraulic boosted caliper braking, resulting in high braking efficiency.
