With more than 50 years of machinery manufacturing history, Jiangyin No.4 Textile Machinery New-Tech Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a provincial high-tech enterprise designated by original National Spinning and Weaving Industry Bureau to produce various warping machines, and is one of the largest warping machine production and scientific research base in China at present. With strong technical force, abundant production experience and complete quality system, the company passed ISO9001/2000 Quality Management System certification in 2001. It is equipped with more than 100 sets of various CNC machining equipment and high-accuracy detection devices such as imported machining center/equipment, CNC flame cutting machines, dynamic balancing machines and CNC large boring and milling machines, and has two warping machine assembly lines with the annual production capacity of 600 sets of various warping machines. Its main products include SHGA215 series sectional warping machines, GA163 series sectional warping machines, series batch warping machines, series warping sizers, jean weaving series warping machines and series special fabric warping machines, which are divided into more than 20 specifications and models, can meet different process requirements of different customers, can be matched with domestic and imported shuttleless looms and are specified as import substitutes by original National Spinning and Weaving Industry Bureau.
