Jiangyin Sifangji is a professional enterprise producing various slitting and batch warping machines. It has various imported processing center equipment, CNC boring and milling machines, CNC lathes and other precision processing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 300 sets of various warping machines. 1. Recruitment requirements: Junior high school education or above, love the mechanical manufacturing industry, work seriously and practically, be able to withstand hardships, and have a sense of responsibility for skilled workers and some apprentices in the mechanical industry.
2. Number of recruits: 25 people, aged between 22 and 35 years old. The age of skilled personnel can be appropriately relaxed and can be given priority.
3. Recruitment positions: Machinists, boring mill operators, electricians, welders, large planers, processing centers, etc.
4. Main responsibilities: Engaged in the processing and assembly of mechanical parts, research and development and manufacturing of various warping machines and other textile machinery products.
5. Salary and benefits:
⑴ Skilled workers: The probationary period is two months, and a probationary agreement will be signed. The basic salary during the probationary period is 3500 yuan. After the probationary period, once employed, the company will sign a formal labor contract and pay five insurances. The salary is calculated based on piecework plus a part of the company's supplementary salary. The specific salary requirements can be discussed. For those from other places who meet the accommodation conditions, the company can provide housing subsidies. Regular shift, single rest.
⑵ Apprentices: The probationary period is six months, and a probationary agreement will be signed. The basic salary during the probationary period is 2000 yuan. After the probationary period, once employed, the company will sign a formal labor contract and pay five insurances. The salary is calculated based on piecework plus a part of the company's supplementary salary, ensuring that the income of employees who work normally is 40,000 to 50,000 yuan.
⑶ Skilled workers are given priority or salary is directly negotiated.
