At this exhibition, Jiangyin No.4 Textile Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will focus on launching the GA163C high-speed sectional warping machine and the GA125 high-speed batch warping machine.
The effective width of the GA163C high-speed sectional warping machine is 2200mm~3600mm. The warping and reverse rolling transmission is controlled by AC frequency conversion, with constant linear speed, constant tension, and high-speed operation. This equipment uses a dedicated integrated hydraulic device of machine, electricity, liquid, and gas to generate oil pressure, which drives the clamp-type brake to complete the warping braking control; the proportional valve controls the external steel belt damping method to achieve automatic control of the reverse rolling tension. This equipment is suitable for sectional warping of various fabrics such as fine wool textiles, chemical fiber filament fabrics, color-woven fabrics, silk fabrics, and special industrial textiles. It can also be used as pre-weaving preparation equipment for rapier, shuttle, water-jet, and air-jet looms, and is the preferred equipment for weaving factories to develop various high-grade and special fabrics.
The GA125 high-speed batch warping machine has direct transmission of the warp beam, and the frequency conversion speed regulating motor achieves stepless setting of the warping linear speed, with constant linear speed; it is equipped with a pressure roller device with inclined linear guide rail pressing, stable and constant pressure, and a closed-loop pressure control system composed of a high-precision proportional pressure reducing valve, which can achieve constant warp beam winding density. This equipment can control the winding density, warp length, and warp arrangement, and is suitable for batch warping of various short-fiber yarns.
