First, a part of the total number of warp yarns required for the full-width fabric is formed into a strip as needed, and then wound onto the warping drum. When a strip is wound to the specified length, it is cut and threaded into the lease. Then, another strip is wound parallel and close to the previous one. This process is repeated, winding strips one by one, until the specified number of strips is reached. For good formation, as the drum rotates, each layer of warp yarn should make a slight lateral movement to make the cross-section of the strip parallelogram-shaped. Finally, the full-width warp yarns on the warping drum are wound onto the weaver's beam using a rebeaming mechanism. A characteristic of the sectional warping method is that it can directly form the weaver's beam. When used for warping multi-colored or different twist-direction warp yarns, arranging the colored warps is more convenient. It is widely applied in the production of small-batch, multi-variety colored fabrics, wool fabrics, silk fabrics, etc.
